Deep Dive Discovery Session

The Discovery Session is a 60 minute phone or Zoom session and is the very first step in our potential coaching relationship. It’s an opportunity to see if we are a great fit as partners in achieving your goals. You will learn more about the process and concept of mindset and motivational coaching and discuss areas of struggle and what your goals are. We will also go through a coaching demonstration.

There is absolutely no commitment to services. Just an opportunity to learn more about each other, your desires and answer any questions that you may have.

The Path to Personal Power Transformation Program

Transformation begins here. Why do we continue in the same pattern of behavior? We know what we want out of life but it seems no matter how hard we try, we find ourselves enduring the same internal struggle. Whether we are looking to improve our relationships, advance or seek a new career or we are looking to better ourselves, we tend to come up with solutions that are only temporary.

This coaching program is custom tailored to you based on your ultimate end goal. We will explore where you are now and where you want to be.

In addition to identifying your goals, we will identify and explore problem areas that may be keeping you from moving forward such as fear and resistance, procrastination or negative self-talk.

We will explore your values and determine whether they are fear based.

You will experience more clarity, awareness of your thought process and more self confidence. This translates into increased success in your career and personal life with more peace of mind.

Partnering with me means not looking for temporary band-aid solutions, but a long-term plan focusing on inner lasting change that will align action to values through accountability, motivation and championing.

A Deeper Dive Into What We’ll Be Working On

This program focuses on finding what I call the 3C’s: Clarity, Courage, Confidence. From there we work on an action plan to achieve your goal including what to do to stay the course.

Focus 1: Laying the Foundation

1.      Discover your WHY – Prepare for success by getting super clear about what you want and why to benefit the most from our working together. With a powerful WHY, it will increase the chance of commitment to a goal.

2.      Goal Setting – Gain a clear understanding and picture of where you want to be and refine those goal on the go

3.      Get Clear on Needs and Values - This is important to ensure efforts are aligned with values and that values are not fear based, helping to reduce inner conflict and self-doubt that holds you back.

4.      Develop Mental Muscle- Learn about the tools we will use to help shift mindset, laying the groundwork for success. These tools include Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, Positive Psychology, Emotional Intelligence/Regulation and Fixed versus Growth Mindset Concept


Focus 2: Confidence Flex/Mental Transformation

1.      Awaken Your Strengths – Knowing your strengths will play an important role in career and personal life changes

2.      Challenge What Isn’t Benefiting You – Our self-talk including limiting beliefs, assumptions, learned behaviors and habits, as well as external blocks like time and personal obligations can keep us from achieving our goals. This is where you do the deep inner work, gaining confidence and eliminating self-sabotage.


Focus 3: Implement & Maintain (Mindset)

1.      Create a Plan - Now that we’ve discovered what holding you back and challenged those areas, its time to create a plan to achieve your goal. And we do it the SMART way. (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Timely)

2.      Follow Through – I will motivate and be your accountability partner to help you stay the course. We work on challenges or roadblocks that might hinder progress along the way.

3.      Mental Maintenance - Optional activities and best practices that can be used to maintain your empowering mental transformation.
